The event was organised by the Development Strategy Centre in Uzbekistan by E. Tulyakov, Executive Director, Member of Parliament of Uzbekistan, Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms in collaboration with World Bank Eurasia and Central Asia on 8 July 2020.
Dr Saxena was invited to comment and participate in the discussions along with heads of OSCE, World Bank and other international organisations.
