Biography: Mr Eldor Tulyakov is the Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center and a former Member of the Parliament of Uzbekistan in 2015-2019. Mr Tulyakov has been actively involved in policy-making, legislative drafting and various events organized by government agencies, civil society institutions and international organizations. As a current Member of Tashkent city parliament, he is also a head of the Commission on Ensuring Rule of Law and Fight Against Corruption. He has been awarded several times for his contribution to reforming the country. Mr. Tulyakov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Westminster, UK (2008) and an LL.M. in finance from the Institute for Law and Finance, University of Frankfurt, Germany (2011). His research areas are public administration, international law, regional cooperation and foreign affairs.
