Cambridge Central Asia Forum celebrated Navroz on 18 March 2017 in Jesus College Chapel. The event was attended by Ambassadors of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Turmkenistan, and the representative from Tajikistan. The cultural evening had dance and music from all five Central Asian nations along with performances from Tatar and Bashkir dancers, young children from Cambridge and students from the University of Cambridge. The celebration attracted more than 200 people and was much appreciated by colleagues and students from the University.
