'Rhetoric vs Reality in China's BRI: A Case Study of China Railway
Express'

Abstract: There are two typical thinkings about China's Belt and Road
Initiative. People who regards it as a positive policy emphasize the
trade and investment increasing etc., but the opposites put the negative
parts at first such as make the debt, environment problems. In this
talk, Dr Ma will share his opinions about these issues based on one  BRI
project namely China Railway Express.
