Aleksandr Buzgalin is a Professor at Moscow State University, author of more than 20 books and hundreds of other publications, translated into English, Spanish, German, Chinese and other languages, chief-editor of the journals ‘Questions of Political Economy’ and Alternatives’, host of 3 weekly programs on Federal Russian radios, adviser of Russian Parliament.
