'The new industrial society of the second generation: the disconnects of globalization and the future of the noosphere civilization', 

Sergey Bodrunov (Prof. of Economics) is President of the Free Economic Society of Russia and Director of the Institute of the New Industrial Development. He is also research professor at St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Industry. Prof. Bodrunov analyses industrial development of Russia and production processes of the Russian regions. His research focuses on the concepts of reindustrialization, modernization of the economy and the problems of integration, a new quality of material production. He is a member of the Scientific Expert Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council (Upper Chamber of Russian Parliament). He serves as Executive Secretary of the Industrial Council of the Governor of St. Petersburg and Vice-President of the St. Petersburg Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He co-founded He is chairman of the St. Petersburg Economic Congress and the International Committee of the Moscow Economic Forum. S. Bodrunov - chief editor of the scientific journal "Economic Revival of Russia" - the oldest business magazine in Russia.Sergey Bodrunov is the author of more than 350 papers, including 20 monographs on the development of Russian industry.
